Afolabi Oladele, a Fellow of the Nigerian Society of Engineers and the Nigerian Academy of Engineers holds a Bsc. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University); post-graduate Certificate in Petroleum Economics from the French Petroleum Institute (FPI); a Post-graduate Diploma in Energy Modeling and Large Scale Planning Systems from the University of Southern California and several other certifications from reputable foreign institutions.
A Director of African Capital Alliance (ACA), a leading independent private equity firm investing in West Africa with over US$1 billion in aggregate capital commitments. He has spent the last fourteen years in private equity practice.
Prior to joining ACA, Afolabi Oladele garnered twenty-four years professional experience in the Oil and Gas industry; spending most of his career with the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (“NNPC”) where he served in various capacities culminating in his appointment as Group Executive Director for the downstream operations in 1995. While employed with the NNPC, he was at various times seconded to the OPEC, Mobil USA and Total France.

Olufemi Jaiyesimi, Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, holds an MBA in Finance from Lagos State University. He is the Managing Partner and Chief Executive of the Firm of Olufemi Jaiyesimi & Co (Chartered Accountants) and has over 30years experience in finance and accounting from various industries.

Muyiwa Oyewole, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers holds a Masters in Business Administration from the Rivers State University of Science and Technology and a Diploma in Theology from the Archbishop Vinning College of Theology, Akure.
Muyiwa Oyewole had spent sixteen years within the banking industry which professional experience culminated in his appointment as Managing Director of United Commercial Bank Ltd in 1992.
Currently he is a Consultant/Project Coordinator for C & C Construction Company Ltd, the handler of Banana Island Project and the Managing Director of Ocean Parade Limited.

Abah Oputa holds a HND in Secretarial Studies from Brixton College, London and a Certificate in Logistics Management from the Cranfield University School of Management, London.
She spent thirty-three years in the Oil and Gas industry, working at various times as Logistics Coordinator responsible for the management of the EPNL aviation related matters and culminating in her appointment as Logistics and Services Manager for the strategic projects of Total Exploration and Production Nigeria Ltd.
Abah Oputa is currently a farmer following the Federal Government of Nigeria’s activities and encouragement in the Agricultural Sector. She grows a variety of local vegetables which are sold to a selected number of hotels in Lagos, Nigeria.
